About this course

This course introduces students to the basics of Python programming within the context of data technologies. Students learn foundational Python concepts such as variables, data types, control flow, functions, and file I/O, then apply them to collect, process, and manipulate data using modern tools and libraries. Topics include scripting, data file formats, databases, and automation of data workflows.
